How to Change the Unit of Measurement on the Excel 2013 Ruler from Inches to Centimeters

The steps in this article were performed in Microsoft Excel 2013. Once you have completed these steps, the rulers at the top and side of the Excel spreadsheet will be in centimeters instead of inches. Note that this change applies to Excel, so it will affect every spreadsheet that you open in the program. Step 1: Open Excel 2013.
