How to Stop Audio Messages from Expiring on an iPhone 7

The audio messages that people can send to you through your iPhone’s Messages app can be a fun way to send a less commonly-used form of messaging communication. But you might have noticed that these messages will expire two minutes after you listen to them the first time.

Fortunately the audio message expiration time is something over which you have control, and you can elect to stop those messages from deleting automatically.
