The steps in this article are going to show you how to download a chart or graph in your Google Sheets spreadsheet as a .png file so that you can add it to a document in another application.

  1. Sign into Google Drive and open the file containing the chart.
  2. Click on the chart to select it.
  3. Click the three dots at the top-right of the chart.
  4. Choose the Download option, then click the PNG Image option.

Step 1: Sign into your Google Drive at https://drive.google.com and open the Sheets file containing your chart.
