The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 7 Plus in iOS 11.2.2. The Apple Watch being modified in these steps is an Apple Watch 2 using the WatchOS 4.3.2. operating system. This guide will show you how to change the number of breaths that you take in a minute while performing the Breathe exercise on the watch.
Step 1: Open the Watch app.
Step 2: Choose the My Watch tab at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll down and select the Breathe option.
Step 4: Touch the Breathe Rate button.
Step 5: Tap the number of breaths that you would like to do per minute while performing the Breathe exercise.
