The easiest way to show Google Calendar on a TV is to cast it from Google Chrome. Method 1: Cast Google Calendar from Chrome
- Make sure your computer and TV (or Chromecast) are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open calendar.google.com in Chrome and choose the view you want, like Week or Month.

The calendar stays on the TV as long as the tab is open and your computer is awake. To stop, click the Cast icon in Chrome’s toolbar and choose Stop casting.
Method 2: Use your smart TV’s browser
- Open the web browser on your smart TV, Fire TV, or streaming device.
- Go to calendar.google.com and sign in.
- Choose a view and leave it open. Some browsers let you zoom in for easier reading.
TV browsers can be slow and may show the mobile version. If so, look for a “desktop site” option in the browser’s menu.
Method 3: Connect a computer with HDMI
Plug a laptop or mini PC into the TV with an HDMI cable, open Google Calendar full screen with F11, and set the computer not to sleep in Settings > System > Power. This is the most reliable option for an always-on family calendar display.

A Nest Hub or Nest Hub Max shows your upcoming events. Say “Hey Google, show my calendar,” or turn on Personal results in the Google Home app so events appear on the display.
