The steps in this article will show you how to turn the iPhone flashlight on from the Control Center on your device. You can then turn the flashlight off when you are finished using it by tapping the same button again.
Step 1: Swipe up from the bottom of your iPhone’s screen to reveal the Control Center.
Step 2: Tap the flashlight icon in the bottom row of icons in the Control Center.
The Control Center can be activated from the Home screen on your iPhone, from within an open app, and from the lock screen.
If you are unable to access the Control Center from the lock screen or within an app, then you may have turned those options off in the Control Center menu.
You can configure the Control Center options by navigating to Settings > Control Center, then turning on the options that you would like to use.
