How to Put a Page Number in the Footer in Word 2013

Page numbering is not only a useful means for your readers to know their current location in your document, they are also helpful in the event that the different page of a document become separated from one another. Page numbers are also often required when you submit documents for school or your job, so it’s important to know how to add them.

Fortunately Microsoft Word 2013 provides a helpful tool that will let you add these page numbers to a few locations in the document, including the footer at the bottom of the page. Our tutorial below will show you how to add page numbers to that location.
