  1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  2. Choose the My Watch tab at the bottom-left of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and choose the General option.
  4. Touch the Software Update button.
  5. Tap the Cancel Install Tonight button.
  6. Touch Cancel Install Tonight again to confirm.

Step 1: Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
