How to Enable Week Numbers in the Calendar App on the iPhone 7

One common way for scheduling long term tasks is the place those tasks during specific weeks of the year. But months with 5 weeks in them, and varying numbers of days in each month, can be an inconsistent way of ensuring that tasks that need to occur periodically aren’t actually at consistent intervals.

One way to resolve this issue is to use week numbers instead of months. But manually counting those weeks is inefficient, and prone to mistakes. Fortunately your iPhone’s Calendar app lets you display week numbers along with the calendar. Our guide below will show you where to find and enable this setting on your device.

Do you use your calendar a lot? You may want to consider turning off your calendar notifications if you find them to be disruptive, especially if you are in the habit of frequently checking your calendar for scheduled events anyway.
