With every new iPhone release there are a lot of questions about the features and new settings on the device that make it worth an upgrade. People typically want to know how much faster the device is than the previous model, and how well the battery performs.
But Apple releases a lot of new products other than the iPhone, and some of those products can be very popular. Once such product are the Airpods, which are wireless Bluetooth earbuds. They integrate with the iPhone very well, and they look similar to the standard earbuds that have been included with new iPhones for many years.
Naturally this will lead many people to question whether or not the iPhone 11 includes Airpods for free.
Unfortunately, the iPhone 11 does not come with Airpods. It only comes with the wired earbuds that have been standard for a while.

What Is Included with a New iPhone 11?
If you elect to purchase an iPhone 11 despite the fact that it does not include Airpods, then the box will include the following items.
- iPhone 11
- iPhone USB cable
- iPhone wall charger
The Airpods can be purchased from a number of retailers, including Amazon. Note that there are two different Airpod models. One comes with a wireless charging case (view on Amazon), and one comes without the wireless charging case (view on Amazon).
The version without the wireless charging case is the cheaper of the two options, but the version with the wireless charging case is really convenient, especially if you use your headphones for a large portion of the day.
Note that many retailers, including Amazon, carry multiple versions of the Airpods. Apple has updated the Airpods, so there is an old version of each model along with the newest version.
